One of the most Important Digital Marketing agencies in Spain is seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Digital Business Development Director to join its growing team in Spain.

• Serve as an industry expert in order to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within new business.

• Drive Spain revenue growth.

• Develop and scale high-level collaborative relationships with major advertisers and agencies in key industry.

• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and the company’s solutions.

• Drive external and internal market knowledge and insights.

• Proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences.

 SKILLS REQUIRED

• 4-8 years of advertising experience, marketing, media sales or project management advertiser experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of the key industries in the market.

• Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced/bilingual level of English is a must.

• Excellent analytical and management skills.

• General knowledge of finance and HR 

• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach.

• Ability to convert business.
