The service is mobile app-based, very easy and intuitive to use. There’s a small transaction fee and no interest to pay - a much healthier solution than payday loans or bank overdrafts with their exorbitant charges.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Product Manager at the Intelligence Engine tribe, you will play a central role in rebuilding financial products for employees. You will manage the Risk & Fraud product squad in Europe, as they launch in new countries and scale to 1M+ users. You will have full ownership and responsibility of the risk management and fraud prevention mechanisms to support and safeguard the client’s offerings. You will work with product and engineering teams to implement quickly and contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is excited to tackle tough market challenges and is constantly looking for opportunities to contribute to our strategic thinking.


You will be responsible for: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining and prioritizing product releases, creating defensible business requirements, driving functional requirement definition, shepherding this through development and successfully launching new products. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our client’s products.


The scope of the role is to ensure that what gets built in the Risk & Fraud squad is both valuable to the end user and viable for the company. This will involve the following three areas of responsibility:



- Discovery: Perform customer research and leverage quantitative data to identify needs and core behaviors. Then convert these insights into product propositions 

- Delivery: Get quality working software into the hands of users quickly and sustainably using Agile software development

- Adoption: Collaborate with colleagues across the business (marketing, growth, operations) to ensure strong adoption by the relevant customer base.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will own end-to-end the Risk management and fraud prevention features of our client's offering across Europe as part of the Europe Risk & Fraud Squad.

  You will identify product opportunities and define product vision and strategy 

  You will understand risk and fraud prevention needs and gather product requirements

  You will work with customer support and operations teams to build the right set of tools to support our client’s market leading financial offerings

  You will be responsible for a team of developers, and you will work closely with them to plan and delivery the required functionality

  You will be responsible for KPIs delivery

  You will be responsible for monitoring product performance 



WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a product role

  Experience on compliance or risk monitoring applications

  Experience working directly with engineering squads to discover, define and deliver tech products

  Demonstrate ability to think strategically about a product and its positioning in a marketplace

  Solid technical aptitude to grasp the technical nature of the products and the environments in which they operate

  Experience with both qualitative (focus groups, customer interviews, etc.) and quantitative (A/B testing, surveys, funnel analytics, etc. ) customer discovery processes 

  Excellent product management, planning and organizational skills

  Ability to work effectively under pressure and under time constraints

  Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new situations

  Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  Ability to handle multiple, (sometimes conflicting) priorities and still meet deadlines

  Ability to work as part of a team

  Capacity to manage high stress situations
