ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven B2B Digital Marketing Director to join the company’s European digital marketing team. As a Director of B2B Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for building, setting up, implementing and managing the company's B2B digital marketing strategy.
Digital B2B marketing will be at the heart of the company’s go-to-market strategy so you will play a crucial role in enabling the business to achieve its ambitious goals and objectives.
You must be an experienced B2B digital marketer, passionate about your craft and on top of all the latest digital marketing best practices, strategies and tools.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Identify and segment target enterprise customers across Europe, incl. target decision-making personas within these enterprises
● Articulate the client's enterprise value proposition, stressing relevant sustainable differentiators - both for direct enterprise customers and potential channel partners
● Set up and scale a prospect outreach program that systematically identifies, nurtures and converts leads
● Evaluate, select and set up the right B2B marketing and communication tooling and automation (collaborating on global tech solutions with the US, Europe and other regions)
● Collaborate with Sales on defining the funnel, definition of marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads, setting and delivering on ambitious MQL and SQL targets
● Develop and deliver (in partnership with Sales and in-country Marketing Mgrs) regionally-relevant collateral and sales materials, case studies, testimonials, etc.
● Create thought leadership content on the Earned Wage Access proposition - for the public website, conferences/events, prospect engagement. Collaborate with agencies, influencers, academics, etc. as needed in this regard
● Collaborate intensively with central and in-country Sales teams, providing them with all the necessary central support
● Arrange and spearhead our client's participation in relevant European events and conferences, in partnerships with Sales, leading to tangible commercial results
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
● Degree educated candidates who are inquisitive and proactive
● Experience gained in a fast-growth tech company environment
● Start-up and/or scale-up experience (preferred)
● Experience across all aspects of B2B marketing: brand positioning, target persona identification, digital leads generation, leads nurturing and conversion, events & PR, content marketing & thought leadership
● Track record of high impact nurture programs and supporting sales growth
● Self-motivated and results-oriented.Analytical and capable of interpreting online metrics
● Knowledge of SaaS metrics, funnel optimisation and demand generation
● Experienced product launchers
● Hands-on leaders who thrive on tight team collaboration
● Fluent English language mandatory, other European languages are a plus
