ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Publisher Ad operations Manager you will be an analytical and technical liaison in the Supply team, reporting and managing the performance campaigns. You need to have great communication skills (written and oral) and feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing industry.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Campaign management.
● Publisher account management.
● Thinking strategies of sales growth and technical improvement in optimization.
● Measure, analyse and report performance of online marketing campaigns & impact on the overall business.
● Work collaboratively with Sales Account Managers to align campaign delivery plans.
● Consolidate monthly numbers in order to invoice our publishers accordingly.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● Experience working in Ad operations, digital marketing, technical positions, publisher management, digital sales, or similar.
● Knowledge of Mobile App marketing and business models (CPI, CPA); and to work with main MMPs (Appsflyer and Adjust)
● Good use of known trackers and technical systems across the industry.
● Bachelor’s degree (related to communication, marketing, business administration, engineering, Economics, )
● Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and oral)
● Strong communication and analytical skills.
