ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone to further scale the traffic, partners and revenue and to develop the partnerships opportunity. This person will be working on a daily basis with the strong Sales, Product and Tech teams.
The Partnerships and Business Development Manager will be a commercially-minded and resilient individual who has experience in building, leading and scaling partnerships.
The main focus will be identifying potential new partners, constructing deals to make an ROI and effectively managing the ongoing relationship with some of the existing partners.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identifying new business opportunities and partners to work with for both of the companies applications
● Taking responsibility for building and driving all aspects of the partner relationship including business development, commercial agreement, enablement and solution development.
● Managing a portfolio of key prospects.
● Presenting and promoting their products' value proposition and capabilities.
● Creating & designing sales presentations, proposals and other sales and marketing collateral.
● Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports.
● Documenting client feedback and contributing to internal knowledge bases as a resource for other teams and partners.
● Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.
● Own your development. Actively seek out opportunities to learn and support those around you.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

● 2+ years experience in business development, affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing.
● Strong communication skills and fluent English - both verbal and written.
● Proven planning and organizational skills.
● Solid negotiation and analytical skills and are highly numerate.
● A good hand in dealing with stakeholders.
● Experience with CPA, CPC and revenue share models.
● Exposure to sales and marketing funnels, digital marketing and marketing analytics,
● A self-motivated energetic personality who is target driven with a strong entrepreneurial flair.
● Talent for innovation and capacity to think “outside the box”
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You ideally have experience with startups.
IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
● Good understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies for both app and web.
● Experience working with a globally-distributed team.
● Previously worked with industries or products with high-quality requirements: finance, banking, gambling, travel, affiliate platforms, e-commerce and others. Lead generation based products are even a stronger plus!
● Familiarity with affiliate and content management tools.
