ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Lead to shape and improve product strategy to better serve user's needs and help the company continue to scale throughout multiple international markets. This role will be a key position in designing and creating an efficient integration of the company's three different products.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide guidance and problem solving to the team to address challenges and blockers, that will allow us to deliver both user value and meet business objectives.
● Improve overall quality of the product through UX tweaks.
● Proactively highlight areas of concern and opportunities for improvement/growth.
● Effectively collaborate with the Director of the business unit and the Tech, Marketing and Sales teams.
● Bring creativity and innovation to the product through customer and market insights.
● Being on top of product performance from a customer and data perspective: what is happening and why?
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● You should be a hands-on innovator who can drive product development with an autonomous approach.
● Experimental mindset: failure is allowed, not trying new ideas and initiatives is not.
● Proven digital product management experience and the ability to effectively prioritize.
● The ability to understand and empathize with customers in order to shape products based on their needs.
● Capable of working in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic startup environment. Previous experience working at a startup is needed.
● Analytical and strategic thinker, with strong communication skills.
● Familiar with Scrum project management, methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira or Asana), including backlog management and sprint planning.
● Detail-oriented and data-driven person who tracks results and key measurements.
● Able to work both with technical teams (engineering, QA) and commercial teams (marketing, sales).
● Familiar with decision-making frameworks and how to use them. E.g RICE methodology tools like Ducalis, Airfocus or Craft.
● Familiar with Figma, Invision, or similar design tool
● Broad understanding of technical concepts (components/APIs/data-fetching/etc).
FAVORABLE ATTRIBUTES
● Good understanding of SEO, product marketing and growth strategies.
● Experience working with a globally-distributed team.
● Previously worked with industries or products with high-quality requirements: finance, banking, affiliate platforms, e-commerce and others. Lead generation based products are even more ideal.
● Familiarity with web development tools and methodologies.
