ABOUT THE ROLE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

●      Develop technical aspects of Adtomic’s strategy to ensure alignment with our business goals

●      Discover and implement new technologies that will support Adtomic’s growth while our platforms and solutions scale efficiently

●      Build cutting edge products leveraging our large data sets

●      Define and communicate our technology strategy to the team and stakeholders if necessary

●      Attract and retain the brightest technical talent from diverse backgrounds

EXPERIENCE

●      A deep passion for being part of the marketing industry revolution through developing Ad- Tech high quality products focused on AI and data science.

●      Demonstrated experience in Large-scale near real-time data.

●      Ability to inspire and energize others to support our mission of making a positive difference in the ad-tech industry.

●      Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, foresee scalability challenges and mitigate risks.

●      Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role in a hyper-growth environment.

●      Demonstrated experience in Large-scale near real-time data and machine learning.

●      Excellent communication skills (Spanish & English).
