ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Project Manager. This role will work with the broader company to ensure successful delivery of projects, set standards for project management and help coach agile methodologies. You will be responsible for planning and allocating resources,  monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this will take place within the framework of helping the company realize their vision and achieve their goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensure successful delivery of individual projects and a continuous delivery of features for the ecommerce platform.

● Provide project management leadership and coaching to the rest of the organization.

● Organize the project management approach, set standards and guidelines how teams will operate.

● Maintain effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure delivery.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

● At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager

● Must have deep experience with agile methodologies, including the ability to coach other team members.

● Extensive experience using and administrating Jira.

● Demonstrable experience project managing within distributed teams, and combining cross functional teams.

● Experience with management/board reporting.

● Able to adapt to a work schedule based on Pacific Time

● Advanced English (C1 minimum).

● Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
