ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a Build and Deploy Engineer. This is a hands-on position that will work with the broader development team, building out and transforming the tooling to accelerate development, building releases and deploying. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

● Work on architecting and defining the CI/CD pipelines

● Create and maintain the VSCode development environment

● Create and maintain GitHub, artifact repositories

● Build out and maintain unit testing frameworks, regression testing and QA/UAT processes

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

● Experience building out CI/CD pipelines, releases and build processes 

● Expertise with VSCode and Devcontainers

● Python and JavaScript knowledge

● Deep expertise working with GitHub and its services, Docker and AWS

● Atlassian experience, in particular administrating and integrating Jira with the development process

● Azure or GCP experience, preferred

● Able to adapt to a work schedule based on Pacific Time.
