ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Strategic Head of Software Engineering to help them to take their Growth Enablement team to the next level; with an innovator point of view and a strategic mindset; we are looking for different kind of SR Head of Software Engineering; He/she has to be focused on 3 different cores: Technology, of course; Product and Business Strategy.

As an Strategic Head of Software Engineering, you should be proficient in different technologies and skills, always finding the best processes and methodologies; but also your role will include to see next steps in innovation, product and to take business decisions for different markets. As everybody in the company, you have also to be hungry to learn new things and take new challenges to develop your skills.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

●          Work closely with other team members on business opportunities, detecting potential problems and trade-offs. 

●          Take new challenges on your own, finding the best solutions and measuring the business impact of your decisions.

●          Be part and the referent of the Growth Enablement team with other Software Engineers and Product Designers working on different opportunities to impact the business with technology and design. Some examples of projects are creating new acquisition channels, improving lead generation flows, or Core Web Vitals.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

You're a good fit if:

●          You have +5 years of experience.

●          You can identify potential technical issues, trade-offs, and risks from each project.

●          You care about processes and ways to improve them; you are focused on business and innovation.

●          You write meaningful and clean code (But this is not a 100% coding role, you will not be coding most of the time, you will have a strategic role, focused on Innovation, Product and IT).

●          You take full ownership of challenges, from definition to shipping and follow-up.

●          You can move quickly and start learning new technologies and methodologies.

●          You have strong communication skills, and you can speak and write in English fluently

You have a plus if:

●          You have experience working in a changing environment.

●          You know how to measure the impact of your decisions in the business.

●          You are passionate about innovation business (Previous experience in SaaS could be a plus but not a must).

●          You have experience in High Scalability and Innovaation (Could be a plus).
