ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Product Designer to help to take the Growth Enablement team to the next level.

As a Product Designer, you understand all the fundamentals of design and best practices of user experience. You also understand the basics of business and how your decisions can impact the metrics.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

● You will work closely with other team members on detecting potential opportunities for growth and generating business impact. To do so, you will work on validating hypotheses from scratch via experimentation, analysis, design, and development, so you will be close to business metrics to analyze the impact of your decisions and solutions.

● You will be part of the Growth Enablement team with other Software Engineers and Product Designers. You will work on different opportunities, from research and analysis to design and business impact. Some examples of projects are creating new acquisition channels or improving lead generation flows.

You're a good fit if:

● You have +3 years of experience in UX/UI.

● You are proficient in designing great UX/UI interfaces.

● You care about detail in your designs and solutions.

● You have strong communication skills, and you can speak and write in English fluently.

● You have worked previously on a Growth team or projects related to CRO optimization.

● You know how to measure the impact of your decisions in the business.
