ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a SEO Manager for the US market. Someone who either is an English native or has lived several years in the US, having relevant working experience growing a business from scratch.

This person will report directly to the Head of Marketing. He or she will have to interact with different teams across the organization such as Sales, Marketing and Product.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

● Previous working experience as a SEO for +5 years

● Depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.

● Know how to create from scratch the SEO strategy for the US and work with other teams to define roadmap implementation. 

● Deep understanding of on-page and off-page strategies.

● Can build cross functional leadership by providing relevant SEO strategy, prioritise initiatives, track results and define next steps. 

● Has deep knowledge of WPO (Core web Vitals, etc) 

● B2B experience is a bonus.

● Previous relevant growth experiences of +10% MoM 

● Curious person without fear of failure, experimentation and out of the box thinking

● Great analytical mindset and business oriented

● High standards and attention to detail

● Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast moving high performance team.

● Advance user of SEO tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ahref, SemRush and similars)

● Totally in love with SEO world 

● Proficient English. (Any other European languages will be greatly valued as well).
