ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead Supply solutions Sales and Account management for the Latam Region. Building and growing the region you will define the strategy and tactical deployment of resources to obtain the agreed-upon revenue objectives with the EVP.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales/Prospecting:
● Research and Identify key publisher opportunities with high growth potential.
● Creating sales strategy and tactical deployment for you and your team.
● Build strong relationships with C-Level publisher contacts through regular meetings, taking a top-down consultancy approach to help their business through the clients’ product and service offerings.
● Set and exceed sales and revenue goals for you and your team’s sales opportunities with new and existing accounts.
● Plan and direct sales and Account Management team activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements, partnering with them to obtain positive results.
Management & Collaboration:
● You will directly manage a team of 2 Key Account Managers and will have a dotted line with the Head of Service Brazil & Latam and with the Sales & Marketing Assistant Brazil & Latam Additional hirings based on achievement of sales goals.
● Coordinate with the Technical Account Managers to ensure the onboarding of our solutions for our customers in Latam, ensuring a strong foundation for the customer journey
● Liaise with the Customer Success teams to ensure customer tickets are handled in a satisfactory manner for Latam Customers.
● Liaise with internal product, tech and operations teams to provide a feedback loop/ help shape the product roadmap for publisher needs.
● Collaborate with the Head of Services Latam, based in São Paulo and the Demand sales teams for a balanced holistic client-centric approach to the supply, demand and account management teams.
● Provide management with essential business reporting, using appropriate tools such as Salesforce, Tableau reporting, etc, to keep them apprised of sales progress.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
● 10+ years in the online advertising industry selling sell-side solutions.
● Proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
● Very strong knowledge of the publishers’ and media owners’ business is mandatory.
● You’re a “hunter”: Persistent, with advanced negotiation skills and experience with long-term enterprise sales cycles. *Entrepreneur minded: Thanks to your digital market understanding, you have strategic insight and strong business acumen.
● You have proven creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Sales driven: Strong communication and public speaking skills and you act as an evangelist for the client's solutions, to put together compelling pitches or business cases.
● International orientation: keen to work in an international/multicultural environment.
● Willing to travel across the Latam region.
● Spanish and English Fluency.
