ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated recruiter to be the hire to join their growing Recruiting team! You will have direct access to hiring managers while working closely to build strategies with the leadership team. You must have the bold ability to help streamline the recruiting process and build legendary teams.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Sourcing, recruiting and hiring professionals across a variety of roles for the company, that could include both technical (product / design), Sales, and Customer Success.
● Consult with and support our engineering hiring managers as a talent advisor to help them identify talent needs; build a hiring strategy.
● Manage hiring manager expectations and equip the interviewers to continually improve their interviewing capability.
● Proactively review business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions across the business.
● Help build and manage talent brand externally.
● Nurture future hires and build a strong pipeline for the future.
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
● 5+ years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house and/or with an agency focused on Corporate Recruiting with experience in Sales or Technical recruiting.
● Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
● Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
● Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
● A strong track record of closing
● A good network across the tech community.
● The ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the company’s recruiting process.
