ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for the European VP of Sales to lead enterprise sales and channel partnership efforts across the continent.
You will play a central role in helping the company scale up to 1M+ European users. You will work closely with the growth, product and engineering teams and contribute in all aspects of the company’s implementation plan.
The ideal candidate has a successful track record of enterprise sales as well as a thorough knowledge of the HR and benefits functions, players and systems across the region. S/he is excited to tackle challenges and is looking for opportunities to contribute to strategic thinking. Fintech experience is welcome, but not required.

The position will report to the CEO Europe. The role is remote and the individual can be based anywhere in Europe.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Build up and lead all revenue-generating activities of Europe across multiple countries, set and deliver on ambitious commercial goals
● Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Europe, incl. channel partnerships and direct engagement with prospective enterprise clients across multiple European countries
● Hire, train and lead the inside sales and field sales and partnerships teams
● Build up and lead the enterprise marketing function
● Attract, develop, lead and retain exceptional commercial talent across Europe
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● Proven sales and partnerships leader with 15+ yrs of professional experience and extensive background and track record of commercial success in SaaS/technology/financial solutions sales
● Experience with solutions for Human Resources, Payroll and Finance functions a big plus
● Previous experience scaling commercial operations from start-up to maturity a big plus
● A charismatic and experienced people leader capable of attracting, training, motivating and retaining exceptional commercial talent across Europe
● Fluent in English, other European languages a plus
