Their Instant Pay app provides earned wage access for employees at mid- to large-sized organisations to improve their financial wellness and to increase employee engagement and productivity.


With many workers living paycheck to paycheck, financial wellness tools are an important part of any employee benefits package. Our client gives employees access to the money that they have already earned whenever they need or want it, without needing to wait for the month-end paycheck.; The service is mobile app-based, very easy and intuitive to use. There’s a small transaction fee and no interest to pay, a much healthier solution than payday loans or bank overdrafts with their exorbitant charges.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Director of Channel Sales & Partnerships to join our growing team and play a central role in helping the company scale up to 1M+ European users. 


Your main responsibility will be to bring on board like-minded channel partners who work with hundreds or thousands of employers, which in turn employ hundreds of thousands of employees who could benefit from the company's solution. You will identify, convert and manage relationships with Channel Partners across multiple European countries. You’ll have a huge impact on the success of the company by delivering material top-line revenue growth through impactful channel partnerships.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Incept, launch and scale strategic and commercially-meaningful partnerships with channel players across Europe - e.g., HR tech providers, staffing solutions, etc. Set and deliver on ambitious commercial goals

Develop and execute the channel partnerships go-to-market strategy across multiple European countries

Hire and lead the channel partnerships team

Oversee all aspects of partnership implementation and scaling, ensuring overall enduring commercial success



WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

Proven business development and partnerships leader with 10+ yrs of professional experience and extensive background and track record of commercial success in SaaS/technology/financial solutions partnerships

Experience with solutions for Human Resources and Payroll functions

A charismatic and experienced communicator capable of partnering externally and internally to develop, deliver and scale projects across Europe

Fluent in English, other European languages a plus
