A company with a long history in hardware which was also the first company to manufacture high-tech products and components in Argentina. It delivers integrated solutions to clients ranging from federal and municipal governments, enterprise and, increasingly, startups across the Americas.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales across both enterprise and startups with a focus on the East Coast.

Engage product marketing and solutions expertise to refine service offerings for specific market segments.

Collaborate on cross-selling and multi-platform opportunities.

Recommend and lead improvements to sales and marketing.

Set aggressive but realistic performance objectives and develop a strategic roadmap that will drive revenue and improve market share.

Build and manage a healthy business forecast on a quarterly basis.

Build and develop regional relationships, representing the organization with key customers and industry stakeholders.

Continuously nurture and expand your sales, industry, technology and competitive knowledge and capabilities.

EXPERIENCE:

Strong sales and business background, with 5+ years of progessive sales experience and a proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas.

Bachelor of Science/Arts in business administration with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is required; MBA preferred.

Experience in leading and driving the entire sales cycle, orchestrating virtual selling teams where necessary, leveraging repeatable offerings that maximize revenue/market share/consumption opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.

Expertise in selling to both medium and large enterprises as well as startups across industries.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com

Ability to work remotely from the core organization yet able to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
