ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader of the Spanish business who will be responsible for the commercial and business development of the Spanish market.
You will be responsible for establishing relationships with Spanish enterprises and channel partners (e.g., HR tech providers, staffing solutions), converting them to become customers and maintaining strong ongoing partner relationships. You will partner with European-level sales and partnerships teams (incl. inside sales), onboarding and customer success teams. In addition to local sales leadership, you will also partner with and oversee the local marketing, customer onboarding and back-office activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Create and execute a sales strategy in the Spanish market. Identify, convert and launch multiple new customers and partners, delivering on ambitious commercial goals for Spain
● Build out the local sales and account management team
● Work closely with European Sales & Partnerships leadership and with broader central teams (Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Solution Architects, etc.) to ensure the right resource and the right service for onboarding and scaling Spanish customers and partners
● Oversee local Marketing and communications efforts in partnership with the European Growth team, honing in on compelling messaging and activation for Spanish consumers and businesses
● Stay close to Spanish customers to make sure they onboard and scale successfully and to ensure their needs are heard and addressed through product and process evolution
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● Proven sales and partnerships professional with 8+ yrs of experience and demonstrated commercial success in SaaS/technology/financial solutions sales in Spain
● Extensive professional network in Spain, in particular in the HR and/or Finance Tech
● Based in Spain, fluent in Spanish and English
