ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an International IT Recruiter & HRBP to join the global team and support the company in its growth efforts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
● Complete recruitment IT processes
● Manage international recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, doing direct search as well.
● Conduct first screening interviews with candidates, moving forward with the hiring managers when suitable.
● Support with the onboarding of the selected candidates, aligning with HR Admin and Product Training, and follow up on the new hires.
● Help improve the Recruitment strategy and processes, and find new ways of attracting candidates.
● Design and support the implementation of a career plan
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
● 3-5 years of experience in recruiting worldwide.
● Strong knowledge of all stages in a recruitment process.
● Background in working with other software companies, start-up experience preferable.
● Excellent communication skills for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.
● Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.
● Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.
● Comfortable with dynamic and changing priorities.
● Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus!
