ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Sr International Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales and Marketing, to join the international team of an important global Health Tech.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

●  Execute comprehensive recruiting plans and utilize multiple sources to attract qualified candidates for specialized roles in sales and marketing   

●  Coordinate all sourcing activities to build a substantial candidate pipeline; evaluate skill level and conduct interviews, schedule hiring team interviews and consult for the final selection of candidates by clients

●  Complete recruitment Sales, Commercial and Marketing processes

●  Manage international recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, doing direct search as well.

●  Conduct first screening interviews with candidates, moving forward with the hiring managers when suitable.

●  Support with the onboarding of the selected candidates, aligning with HR Admin and Product Training, and follow up on the new hires. 

●  Help improve the Recruitment strategy and processes and find new ways of attracting candidates.   



WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

●  5 years of experience in recruiting worldwide.

●  Strong knowledge of all stages in a recruitment process. 

●  Background in working with other software companies, start-up experience preferable.

●  Excellent communication skills for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.

●  Proactive, flexible attitude and creative thinker.

●  Quick learner, efficient, hard worker.

●  Comfortable with dynamic and changing priorities.

●  Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Any other language, especially Spanish, would be a plus!
